Polite, professional, courteous, and friendly. Each stage of my visit – reception, vitals etc., caregiver time was taken to explain exactly what we were doing, additional questions were asked to aid in diagnosis, and feedback was given. I really couldn’t be more pleased. I am visiting from out of state, so seeing my primary care manager was not an option. I will definitely use CareSpot should I have other needs when visiting in the future.
