I am appreciative of how quickly and efficiently my medical needs were addressed. I came in to have my ears irrigated/cleared of wax that greatly affected the hearing in left ear. Although, I had both ears addressed for good measure. However, because the right ear wasn’t as blocked, drops weren’t used before cleaning and there was a difference in how each ear felt afterwards. My only suggestion is that if someone is in need of both ears to be irrigated that the both be treated with drops. Signed, Overall Pleased Patient
