kAITLYN makes anyone that comes in feel comfortable right away w/o a condescending attitude and freely answers any questions. Miss Dawn is a sweetheart with her ready-smile and compassion attitude. I was there on Thursday, June 13th and was calmly told I needed to go to the hospital for more in-depth tests (which I did) and there was never a panic feeling. I can’t say enough about CareSpot except that I prefer going there than to my own doctor.

I really liked that you can make an appointment so even if you need to be seen urgently, you can wait in the comfort of your home until your appointment time instead of the waiting room for hours. I also appreciated that I did not wait too long g after my appointment time. It is frustrating when you have an appointment and then it takes over 30 minutes to be seen, which defeats the whole purpose of having an appointment.

No appointment necessary, fast service, very nice & clean facilities, everyone has a good attitude and the doctors are great! They take the time to listen to you and address your problem. Would highly recommend!

The wait was reasonable, the receptionist was friendly. However, the young man who took my medical information did not introduce himself. He should have. Morgan Sanders, PA, was very attentive and professional. She referred me to my PCP for follow-up studies which I have done. She prescribed medication for me that was needed to cover a possible infection. Her “bedside manner” was much more positive and warm than the older male MD who used to work there (I hope he’s retired). I recommend Care Spot.
