Amazing staff and provider

I meet with nurse practitioner Franne,, sorry forgot her last name, and she was fantastic!! She took the time to explain to me what was going on, took the time to listen to what I had questions on and took the time needed to answer the questions completely. I have many stories from co-workers on how They were felt they were just a number when talking to medical people, Franne did everything to be sure that didn’t happen, if going to an urgent care at 9:30 on a Saturday morning is bad enough, I came away telling my wife that was by far the best experience I have ever had under these circumstances. Before leaving she provided a referral for a primary doctor that is supper close to my home that I will be following up with in 4 weeks, Im not sure how things could have gone any better other than not having to go in the first place!!… Please give Franne my thanks for the detail and care she took when taking care of me. Her genuine care and attention will make me come back to MedPost if needed and will refer your facility going forward Thank you, Ed [LAST NAME REMOVED]
