Your staff adhere to extremely high levels of efficiency and are polite and go out of their way to give you the care I needed especially the doctor. She went above and beyond to help address my issue and took into consideration the hardship I am facing and gave me additional sources to pursue for options and it took extra time on her part to explain in detail what the options were.

Your person Belinda was very accommodating and helped me with what I thought was an urgent matter and helped me get in to see the PA even though it was the last appointment of the day. She helped me with everything. She was a jewel. The PA-C, Aarika Pardino seems annoyed that I had come in so late on a Saturday afternoon. She did a very cursive examination of the affected areas of my face and lips and did not know what was causing my lips to darken and quickly looked at the affected areas of my face and suggested a few over the counter lotions and left.

I appreciate that the Dr took the time to sit and explain things to me. I feel like he took the time to listen and give appropriate feedback. Everyone was very pleasant and when you’re not feeling well, it makes a huge difference.
