After my disappointment at my last visit, the branch manager personally emailed me and followed up with a phone call. When she learned I was still not feeling well, she had me come in for a complimentary follow up visit. John Snook took the time to listen and discuss my symptoms. He carefully asked questions about other possible symptoms that I may have been experiencing previously but didn’t think to mention. He prescribed meds to help alleviate my pain but stressed that he felt I needed some testing that should be done through my primary care physician and that I should tell her office I needed to be seen as soon as possible. John Snook took the time and thoughtfully put the pieces together instead of treating my symptoms and getting me out the door.

I was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. The appointment time was honored upon arrival. I was seen quickly. Everyone who worked there was friendly and professional. My diagnosis was confirmed, and prescriptions were phoned in to the pharmacy of my choice. I also liked the fact that I was able to speak with someone prior to coming in. Their advice convinced me to seek medical attention.
