It was very quick and made my appointment it was immediate and when I got there the receptionist as well as the a nurse and the doctor was very nice knew exactly what to do and I was out of there within an hour 2 days later I feel so much better thank you.

Very fast and efficient. The staff was helpful and friendly. The online scheduling tool was very useful. I was happy to get there and be called back within 10 minutes of arriving, 20 minutes before our scheduled appointment time! We were there a total of 30 minutes – so great when you have a sick and miserable child. Thanks to the staff of the Franklin MedPost Urgent Care!

From start to finish, it was a good experience and each person involved was good at their job. Only thing that could be better is for the facility to not be so cold. I was glad I had a sweater with me. Hard to be hurting and wait in the cold. (Maybe others prefer that or it’s needed to keep a health facility safer from germs…?)
