Only exception Xray machine was not operating. Suggestion call to eliminate several visits

I like that appointments can be schedule online in addition to walk-in and scheduling a “hold my place in line” for walk in. When someone is really sick, this would prevent them from sitting in a waiting room too long, and risking getting others sick. The staff is friendly, quick, and efficient. Sometimes something needs to be seen immediately, but it doesn’t qualify as an emergency. Getting an appointment with my PCP has to be done about 2 weeks in advance. It’s nice to have an urgent care close to home.

Made an appointment for 10:00 am on a Tuesday morning and was seen by the NP immediately. He was kind, courteous and understanding. I was on my way home by 10:25 am. Awesome customer service and friendly staff.

I walked in and was greeted right away. Front desk staff are efficient and I didn’t feel like I had to jump through hoops just to be seen. I didn’t have a long wait and the nurse and the PA, Samantha, were just as efficient and helpful as I could have hoped for. I did feel well taken care of.
