It’s easier to go to CareSpot than to schedule an appointment with my general practitioner, and all the staff I’ve interacted with at the Hendricks Ave location are friendly and helpful.

first time I went, 12/18/18 I was very satisfied with the Dr and the receptionist & nurse. 2nd time in March to take my granddaughter , they were nice. 3rd time I went in, May 31, 2019, Receptionist not as personable, which means didn’t seem as interested in my problem, just fill out the iPad. the nurse was nice & Dr Victoria was nice. I would come here before going to ER at the hospital.

I am visiting from Florida and I like the fact that you could call for an appointment, although I didn’t know that at the time. I didn’t have to wait a long time and your staff was friendly and helpful. I would go there again if sick the next time I visited

The customer service I experienced was outstanding. The entry process was very quick and efficient. The doctor was thorough and honest in his assessment of my medical condition. It was my first time at this location and I had a great experience.
