Courtesy and polite staff.

We had never visited a Care Spot location and truthfully didn’t know what to expect. Upon entering Care Spot we were greeted by two lovely ladies. I explained the reason for the visit and within minutes, my sweet teenager was logged into their system. I would say we waited no less than 15 minutes before we were sent to the back and was greeted by a nurse who took my teenagers vitals. Shortly, thereafter, we met with Sara who took excellent care of my sweet girl. They treated my daughter with such great care and I greatly appreciate their service.

Love Dr. Schumacher! He’s attentive, patient and explains everything so that we understand! The office is clean. Staff is efficient and kind. We drive past numerous urgent cares to go to Med Post.
