Everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Our doctor (Sloan, I believe ) she had the BEST bedside manner we ever received. We would definitely recommend seeming her again.

Quick and efficient

Good clinicians, quick service, good follow up. I would like to use Med Post in the future. I would like a simpler process to get my records to my PCP, so they have a record of the visit and treatment. Otherwise my PCP wants me to use Urgent Care facilities in the Partners Network, for that reason – being able to access the records. I asked the Med Post receptionist about having an abstract of my visit faxed over to my PCP, but she said Med Post does not do that, the Med record request has to come from the PCP. That is rather cumbersome. As the patient, under HIPAA, I have a right to my healthcare information, and the right to direct who sees it. Med Post should have a simple form as part of the check-in where I can have Med Post send my PCP the record of my visit.
