Someone realized that I was the sickest person in the waiting room so my wait was not the 60 minutes that was told to the next patient. The med. tech was courteous, proficient, and caring as was the nurse. They realized that I was sick, had an x-ray taken, flu test, ordered meds, advised on flying the next week, and said if I couldn’t get in with my doctor, please come back and they would see me. We have used CareSpot before and found it very helpful. Also, a Baptist Hospital facility and my doctor can check what was done and the results. Will continue to use when I have a minor medical need.
