The doctor was extremely knowledgeable about every question we asked! Very straightforward and direct! The only problem with the facility was a very unpleasant, rude and disrespectful receptionist. She wasn’t just directing it toward us but every person coming through the door. Upper management needs to have a talk with her about attitude when people are just seeking help.

The service was great. The staff was very helpful. The nurse and Dr. were informative, they were helpful, and nice. The facility is very clean. I will definitely go back for any future visits.

Thanks to the front desk receptionist, Justine and ARNP Morgan for their exquisite customer support, knowledge and friendliness. I felt awful and they eased my time with them. Morgan was sharp and efficient in hunting down the origins of the diagnosis, and discovered a uti of which I was not aware. My visit to CareSpot completely reversed my illness and I am grateful.
