I went in yesterday because a soft-tissue injury made work impossible. I needed a note, for work, to prove I really was unable to work. I also needed to heal, so I can get BACK to work ASAP. The wonderful PA understood both these things. She gave me my documentation, and also did everything possible to speed healing, rather than just manage pain (as is the usual course with soft-tissue issues). I am deeply grateful.

I appreciated that when I arrived, I was given an approximate wait time which allowed me to leave and return later at the appropriate time. The staff seems knowledgable and helpful.
