Nurse Tara was very nice and friendly and so was the receptionist Ashlan. Our experience was great and they both made my sick 7y.o. feel at ease because she was very nervous.

1) Your St Augustine facility was open on a late Sunday afternoon when no one else was. 2) The staff was wonderful, especially Suzanne and PA Gary. 3) My health issue was cared for and by bedtime I was feeling MUCH better. There was however a 2 hour wait. Please consider adding some additional staff.

Dawn was thorough, professional and caring. She carefully diagnosed my problem and sent my prescription through very quickly. The young lady at the reception desk, although very busy, was professional and checked me and quickly. I did have an advance “save place in line” email sent. We have used your services prior and found similar professionalism.

Upon entering, you’ll receive a warm professional welcome and easy registration. The nurses and MD’s are knowledgeable, informative, caring and outshine many in similar fields. My second visit was just as outstanding as the first. I would recommend this facility and their team to everyone. Thank you for caring and taking care of my medical needs.

Convenient locations and hours. The Dr. I seen was very nice. She was knowledgeable , kind and careing.I was seen quickly and given a prescription to treat what I came in for. The office was very clean and friendly with a curig for waiting patience with different teas and coffee. I thought that was a comforting touch. Thanks for seeing me so promptly.
