Caring and efficiency of the staff saved me a visit to the ER

The gal that took my test just kept digging into my nostral. Until i screamed. When she did the other nostral shr did a quick swish whick was fine. Why did she keep digging on the first nostral? Would not recommend your place for that test.

I understand the health care system was extremely stressed. I work in health care marketing and supported anesthesia professionals through COVID. I heard stories of excessive death in NJ. I have great respect for the work done by clinicians. But I was surprised by the poor bedside manner of your team, especially check in.

Everyone was very nice and very friendly. We were tested for covid and I liked how they told us to wait in our cars versus wait in the waiting area. I called another urgent care and they said to just wait in the waiting area and I don’t think that was safe for anyone.

The lady at the front desk was super rude. They didn’t ask all the usual questions that should be asked of me for my safety before prescribing medication.
