Perhaps you could train your personnel on how to inject toradol correctly. He hit a vein in my hip (isn’t it supposed to be injected into the glute?). Suffered a hematoma and given no remorse from the injector. This is something that should never happen for such a simple procedure. The NP and staff were exceptional. Thank you for their service. You just have a bad apple on your team at Pinnacle Peak and Scottsdale. Whomever it was that administered the toradol should go back to training.. it was not a good experience.

Hand washing is more effective then hand sanitizer and some people were not were masks. Also the np didn’t know much about wounds
