Receptionist needs to wear a mask . Nurse who brought me back to wait for dr needs to wear a mask !!!

When I went to see the doctor I went with a valid concern. Took the time off work due to the situation. I felt the doctor was dismissive and not interested in finding root of the problem. He didn’t ask any probing question regarding my issue. Once he entered the room he had already diagnosed me without even checking my issue and identify cause. Although I explained what was going on, I kept getting as a response was exercise. He was looking at the chart and not the person.

Fast service, Very friendly staff (Everyone I made contact with), and demonstrated they were very concerned about my health. Treated me with respect and did not make me feel like a number. The Nurse Practitioner was very forward with me regarding my health issue and advised I needed to go to the ER due to the way I looked and was feeling. Thanks to her professionalism and concern I was treated for my condition and things could have been way worse if it would not been for her. Thank God for the health care servicemen and women like her.

Physician Assistant Danielle Wells was very professional and caring in her treatment of my injury. She made sure to go out of her way to provide me with the medical supplies I needed. I have received previous treatment from Ms. Wells and she takes her time to make the patient feel well taken care of in a courteous manner. I will continue to use MedPost Urgent Care Cypress because of the outstanding care I experienced! They have an excellent staff!

Even during this pandemic time.. the office staff was extremely nice and friendly. the office was clean, everyone had on mask and handled everything with care.

Everyone in the office was incredibly sweet and kind. Went to a different care spot closer to home and had a horrible experience and was worried about going to another location but they were the only place with availability and I was extremely pleased with the service and will continue to make the drive just to go to this location.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming they made my daughter feel comfortable they were very professional and they made the process easy it was our first time there and I already recommended medpost to my family. The doctor and the nurse were very patient and explained everything in a way I fully understood.
