Everyone was helpful

On 5/19/20 I took my dad to get tested for covid 19 and as Of 5/26/20 we still have not got his results . No one seems to think that it is important to get his results .

Treatment was not very helpful for my husband who was in extreme pain with gout. He was placed on prednisone(too low of a dose) and 10 tramadol for pain which was a joke as it did nothing to alleviate his intense pain. The doctor seemed hesitant to give him the drugs he needed to correct the situation. I know this as I have been treated for gout myself. Check-in and out were great! The staff was helpful. This was the treatment for Michael c [LAST NAME REMOVED] I went there(Cathy [LAST NAME REMOVED]) the next day for the treatment of intestine protruding into my vagina. The doctor who treated my husband treated me and she diagnosed my condition and told me to set up an appointment for a GYN which I plan on doing. The doctor was ok but did not spend long. The bedside manner was rushed and abrupt. Thanks Cathy [LAST NAME REMOVED]

Provided PPE for patients at the entrance. I was able to preregister which provided very fast service. Staff was friendly.

Professionalism

Took an hour after I had X-rays to tell me what was wrong with my knee. The examining room floor was filthy. Looked as though someone had thrown up in there and it was only partly cleaned up.

I arrived at Carespot when the doors opened at 8am. There was one walk in before me. I was told that I would not be seen until 945 due to appointments. I thought this was a quick care facility but now I have to wait to see if these appointments will show up as if I were in a doctors office? I figured that I was there and I would see if I could get in. One lady came in as we waited, making it three people there. As I sat I had taken my mask down below my nose because I felt like I couldn’t breath and I suffer from panic disorder. A nurse came from the back and very rudely told me to put it back on. I left and went to express care where It is first come first seen. My family and myself have been going to the Carespot for several years. I also recommend the Carespot to coworkers at the hospital that I work because the copay is minimal. I have never had such a negative experience there and I am sad to say that I don’t think that I will be back.
