Able to secure an appointment in short timeframe on a Memorial holiday. Did not have an extended wait time in the lobby which was very important during this CoVid19 pandemic. Very caring and proficient PA Morgan Sanders.

Its important to put customer and someone who is in pain first. Unfortunately in my case both front and back office both complained how they need to leave soon, it was not event an ounce of heart in their service. It was disappointing and disheartening. Will not be back.

Little more communication would be good. My appointment made on line went beyond by 25 minutes before they told me I would be help help soon which turned out to be about 12 minutes later.
