I thought the facility was clean and organized. Not a long wait time. Very efficient. That being said the woman Dr. That saw me was nasty. Just condicending with her comments and so on. Did not care for her at all!

I thought the practitioner (she wasn’t a Dr a PA I think) I saw was dismissive and didn’t show compassion. I told her what my symptoms were and that even though my hearing/ear discomfort was my major complaint I also have almost all the symptoms for coronavirus and my husband was concerned. She said “did you have all the symptoms before you saw the list of coronavirus symptoms?” with a scoffing laugh, rudely insinuating that we were making it up. I’m still getting ear pain, I feel like she didn’t go out of her way to do anything to address other symptoms I had. I did ask for a coronavirus test and she administered it. The front office and the nurses are always so kind, I was surprised to get that reaction all the previous doctors I’ve seen have been great.
