Everyone was very friendly. My appointment was at 4:30 and I arrived at 4:10 but wasn’t seen until almost 5:45.

I think for one ALL workers should be wearing a mask and gloves. It was very frustrating to see an employee not wearing gloves or a mask in these times that it is recommended, especially in a medical facility. It was very disappointing to hear that the front desk rep was sick and was there when she should have been home. She said she was sick to another worker, that’s the only reason why I can knowingly state that claim. Being a little more clear on the time expectation for results. I am hearing other people getting their results from other facilities in 2-3 days and MedPost is saying 5-10, and that is not mentioned till the very end. That seems a little odd that others are processing much quicker, and free and you are charging and taking much longer. Also, the doctor recommend I take either Advil or Ibuprofen, which is exactly what is recommended NOT to be taken if you may have covid, it should have been Tylenol or Acetaminophen. Very surprising and disappointing recommendation, from a professional when that is the one medication the CDC and other medical experts are recommending to not take. Lastly, when I asked to expedite the test results, I was responded with a smug “NO and there are many people getting tested and we are really busy getting the results. You’ll get your test results in 7-10 days” from the front desk rep. I didn’t feel like a patient at all, but more like cattle just being pushed through the process. I don’t see myself recommending or coming back here due to the lack of professionalism, patient care, CDC guidance following, poor medical recommendations, and disappointed with the lack of urgency around something that is time sensitive.

Upon the initial phone call, the receptionist was far too blunt, spoke quickly and anticipated questions I did not have. Helpful, but almost rude.

It was clean, I was not there for a long time, I was tested for COVID-19. Still giving medications to cover my asthma issues, medical team was very friendly, informative. The front desk employee… Not so much. But I would still go back
