Service was quick & professional

I felt the medical staff was quick to dismiss my concerns, I was asked one question and I was confused on how to answer and before I could explain how I was feeling, the medical assistant told me that I couldn’t be treated in this facility. I tried to explain to nurse practitioner about my symptoms but she didn’t seem to want to hear me out. They were not disrespectful but I felt they needed to have more patience. A lot of the times, when we seek medical help, we are not feeling well and especially in this time of covid 19, we’re scared. I felted dismissed.

Convenient and excellent doctors. So happy to have Medpost in our town. The doctors have helped us on numerous occasions. So much better than going to CVS or a hospital emergency room. Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my visit to Med Post. They has me fill out an application and there was no wait time. The assistant was very nice and the doctor. Micheal was very informative in letting me know when my Covid19 test would have the results. I will let be back to visit.
