The team at the 67th Avenue & Happy Valley location in Peoria, AZ delivers friendly, competent, and complete care — from the front desk (Elizabeth) to the tech (Don) to the P.A. (Sarah). The waiting room, hall, and exam room appeared to be impeccably clean — and staff were sanitizing surfaces and office equipment between patients. My exam and time with the P.A. (Sarah) did not feel rushed, she explained things well, answered all of my questions and concerns, and I left with thorough discharge instructions and additional written materials. Overall, a great experience — thank you!

I liked that even though I didn’t have an appointment, I was seen within a half hour of my arrival. The PA who attended to me was very kind and thorough. The premises were spotless, and if the need should arise again, I won’t hesitate to visit there again.

I felt the medical staff was quick to dismiss my concerns, I was asked one question and I was confused on how to answer and before I could explain how I was feeling, the medical assistant told me that I couldn’t be treated in this facility. I tried to explain to nurse practitioner about my symptoms but she didn’t seem to want to hear me out. They were not disrespectful but I felt they needed to have more patience. A lot of the times, when we seek medical help, we are not feeling well and especially in this time of covid 19, we’re scared. I felted dismissed.
