My husband had the COVID 19 nasal swab with no results as of today which has been 7 days, I am a heart patient and need to know the results to know the status of myself so that I may seek attention from my cardiologist.

That I could schedule an Appt instead of having to come in and wait, and that I was able to get an appointment within a few hours of the time I called. AND Morgan was great!!! She listened, chatted through my issues, and was thorough.

Almost an hour wait for a Covid test??? If I wasn’t exposed, I definitely felt I was that day as I was seated nezt ti an international person who had just gotten off the plain! You should have one person doing Civid testing and moving them out! Less talk, more work.

I liked being able to make an appointment online and then show up just before that. I would have liked to have the doctor/nurse practitioner I saw ask me if I had any other questions before she left the room.
