Fast and friendly staff! Great experience.

very nice and professional staff. Tested for Covid19. I was told I would get a personal phone call with results and that’s exactly what happened 4 days later.

The doctor and staff are wonderful. The gentleman in the front was very helpful not like the person before that refused service. This guy actually went through my bill with me

On my visit, (5/16) at 6:15, the person at the front desk was very abrasive. The good news is once I got pass her, the rest of the staff was great.

test results took much longer than I was told

Professional, welcoming, very obviously using “safety” protocols for these times, very thorough physical exam by a PA (Amy Lockett), very sensitive to my distress. Return phone call days later (positive Covid19 test result) was very gentle and caring.

When I called after my appt and explained my son wasn’t doing better but worse , PA was not helpful and just dismissed me to take my child to ER knowing full well that taking him there with the Covid would mean I would have to leave him alone in the ER T 14 years old. No compassion for this situation at all. I had a doctor friend immediately wrote a script for steroids that same night and 1 day later my child was remarkedly better. Within 2 days fully recovered
