Allow people to know ahead of time how long it’ll take to get test results. Make basic pricing easy to find. Make it easy to find out what insurances you accept.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly she wouldn’t let me use her lysol to spray the chair. I had to get mine out of the car. When the patient before me went in to see the doctor she didnt disinfect his chair after. She wouldn’t let me wear my mask but made me use their masks they were not individually wrapped and she was spraying them down with lysol which made me feel sick to wear the mask doused in lysol spray

Do not assume a patient is there for narcotics. The first thing out of her mouth was “We can’t write you a prescription for anything stronger than Ibuprofen” I have Narco at home. I did not ask for pain relief. My purpose was to get a diagonsis, an X-Ray and some advice. That was rude and I felt as though she was pre judging me.

Communication back to patients… I appreciated the phone call back regarding testing positive for Covid 19 but just really would of like a follow up call.
