The entire process took a lot longer than I thought it would, or should have. Maybe it is because of the covid19 virus. But the staff appeared to be short-staffed as the person that was supposed to do the final process of my procedure was pulled to take care of an unexpected emergency patient that walked in. She was very polite and apologetic about the situation, but the same thing also happened to my friend that was tested for the covid19 virus ahead of me.

Do not assume a patient is there for narcotics. The first thing out of her mouth was “We can’t write you a prescription for anything stronger than Ibuprofen” I have Narco at home. I did not ask for pain relief. My purpose was to get a diagonsis, an X-Ray and some advice. That was rude and I felt as though she was pre judging me.

Communication back to patients… I appreciated the phone call back regarding testing positive for Covid 19 but just really would of like a follow up call.
