Very accommodating your staff.

The office was very clean. I was given a clinical mask even tho I was wearing my own. This provided assurance that everyone had a clean mask. The paperwork process was easy. My wait was longer than expected, maybe 20 minutes, but the doctor saw me and tended to my xray and everything was very professional, clean, and kind.

It was a little scary that the receptionist was coughing a lot. She should nit have been at work given the pandemic.

I was simply to have a COVID test as I had a full H & P from my primary care the day before, but that’s not what happened. I called to make an appt. and was told it would take 20- 30 minutes total from the time I walked in the door until I left. My appt. was for 4:00 pm. I showed up a couple of minutes before. I was not taken back for approximately 30 mins. Then, I waited. I was seen by an M.A. who did another history and vitals. I waited again and was seen by an NP who wanted to do more history and examination which I refused after telling her it was done 24 hours ago…. I left at 5:15… not 4:20 or 4:30 as promised over the phone. I do have to say that all staff were very polite and nice.
