Great attentive nurses and doctors. Able to save a “place in line” online and seen quickly with very little wait time, even during a pandemic! Greatly appreciate this Urgent Care!

The person at the lady at the front desk was very rude. I come in she tells me to put on hand sanitizer (which hardly had any left) and a mask. Which is fine. I had taken the last mask out of the box and I had told her this is the last mask. So I took the box (thinking they didn’t need it anymore) and was about to dispose of it. When she starts yelling “Dont throw the box away! Don’t throw it away! I need it! I said “oh sorry” and put the box back. Then she took out another box that was identical to the one I was about to throw away and just refilled the empty box. Which ok I kinda get but she was acting as if it was the end of the world if I had thrown the box away. She was also rude to the person that came in after (and older gentlemen). The older gentlemen can in wearing a mask. She told him to put hand sanitizer on and change his mask. He changed his mask but as he was approaching the front desk he asked her why do u have to change my mask? And she didn’t even answer his question. My point is you could use a different front desk person. There are plenty of people out there that would be more than happy to do the job that she’s doing. The girl that did my drug screen was very nice and efficient. I was not seen by a provider.

Fast friendly service. The person taking my blood, made me feel calm. I didn’t feel a thing with giving blood. The best staff ever.
