Treated by the physician as well as my primary care physician where I use to live (new to Franklin). If I had a choice he would be my new primary physician. For weekend reasons I have used urgent care else where and never felt this way about it. As is often the case the quality of the people makes all the difference. Good job in despite the covid issues.

Would not recommend carespot for testing. My covid 19 results took 8 days. I was told 3 to 5 when I took the test. I would have gone elsewhere for testing had I known.

Doctors check up and advice is good. But too long time waiting after appointed time. I mean, my appointed time was at 3:45pm doctors called at 4:45pm. There is late to get prescribed medicines. My checkup was on many 20 , I don’t get medicine yet. But I need as early as possible.
