This doctor Gary I saw on 5/21 was much more thorough than the doctor I originally saw on 5/14. For both visits, the support staff were excellent, patient and kind.

I had made an appointment and preregistered and there was literally no one in the waiting room when I got there and it still took me 30 minutes to be seen which I hear is actually not bad considering the usual wait at this place.

Treated by the physician as well as my primary care physician where I use to live (new to Franklin). If I had a choice he would be my new primary physician. For weekend reasons I have used urgent care else where and never felt this way about it. As is often the case the quality of the people makes all the difference. Good job in despite the covid issues.
