The receptionist was completely rude the entire time I was there. She was audibly complaining about the workload and very sarcastic and annoyed with her responses to my questions and comments. I felt the whole time like she wanted me out of her way. When I did have the chance to share my experience, I told them to go to a different medpost. They actually didn’t, went to the same one, and said the receptionist was the same way, yelling out about how she had too much to do.

No empathy from Doctor…waited 45min ..20 in room before I was told I wouldn’t, be tested….he had not interest in what I told him, he shouLed no bein medical profession…..

the front desk staff was incredibly polite and made me feel more calm when entering the office, the two doctors that saw me were very informative and kind which brought my anxiety levels down significantly. overall, wonderful staff team. will recommend the paso location to all my friends who need it. thank you!

The front staff was very helpful and nice. Dr. Frannie Breed and her male nurse, sorry I can’t think of his name, were extremely professional and very good at their jobs. I was impressed by how thorough they were in figuring out what the diagnosis was. And how they both showed there concern. Very much appreciated, and I hope to never need them again but they will be top of my list if I do.
