My first visit there was awesomeness, the four people that day gave you a ten…then on my second (follow up), one person cost you five points she was so rude and unprofessional.

The procedure itself was straightforward and okay. However two weeks later i’m still waiting on results for a test. Secondly the individual who conducted the test was extremely rude and seemed very irritated. I understand she likely hates her job and that she’s just trying to do her job, but she can atleast be a bit more respectful. It’s not like i want to be there to do a drug test and pee in a cup any more than she wants to handle my urine. All i’m saying being a bit respectful can make the situation easier. I felt as though i was conducting a forced drug test for the police or something, very unprofessional.

I went to Carespot for a movie test but thanks to the P.A. on duty, Jeanine, I ended up in the hospital at Advent Health. Had I simply been tested and sent home I probably would have fallen prey to life threatening respiratory failure. Thank you:)
