Care spot for me in quickly. They had a streamlined process. They were professional and courteous from beginning to end and had a focus on everyone’s health and safety.

The receptionist was completely rude the entire time I was there. She was audibly complaining about the workload and very sarcastic and annoyed with her responses to my questions and comments. I felt the whole time like she wanted me out of her way. When I did have the chance to share my experience, I told them to go to a different medpost. They actually didn’t, went to the same one, and said the receptionist was the same way, yelling out about how she had too much to do.

The Care Sot in Nocatee was very efficient. I did not have to wait a long time. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

No empathy from Doctor…waited 45min ..20 in room before I was told I wouldn’t, be tested….he had not interest in what I told him, he shouLed no bein medical profession…..
