The lady that worked at the front desk was rude. I was already wearing a face mask and she told me I must wear the mask they provide, so I did and then told me I had it on the wrong way which was a lie . I was there for an employer requested drug test and she informed me to answer yes I was paying for it and I ask her why and she had a hard time answering.

The Care Spot is professional, friendly, pleasant, efficient. In addition, I felt very safe there, despite things going on with Covid19. They’re very helpful with follow up. I’ve only ever been to one location (Winter Springs) near me but, truthfully, they are “The Best!”

For as unbusy as they appeared in reception/check-in, I waited more than hour and twenty minutes for a simple drug screening urinalysis. The very idea that I had to submit to one st my age and phase of my career was offensive enough, but it was compounded with the apparent unhurriedness of the staff. I will not use this service again.

The staff were very polite and professional. The facility was very clean. Only had a 30 minute wait.

In my opinion first of all it was clean the receptionist was very professional helpful and friendly the doctor first name Rick or Ricky the same professional informative caring the over all Doctor at the end of everything very caring informative Over air they were very very caring GOD bless them and their families for what they are doing yes its their job but they show CARE THATS MY FIVE CENTS
