The PA I saw was not very kind nor professional. He made jokes at my expense and cut me off while I was talking. I will not come here again.

The clinician on staff that day was not the nicest. He kind of acted like I was being over dramatic and made me feel kind of dumb or less than. Other than that everyone I dealt with was kind. They are taking extra precautions to keep things clean and sanitary.

Extremely terrible experience. I understand we are in Covid but the receptionist made me feel like I was contaminated and she was extremely rude when I asked her about the fee for the day. The saddest part was they offered me to write a note to release me to work. And said it will Be 80 dollars. After having no symptoms of covid 19, they said they cannot test me. I understand that part , however after they offered to note for 80 dollars , the receptionist and the nurse practitioner went to the back room and 5 minutes later she came out and said your visit is 180 and that’s no guarantee for the note by the way . If Covid 19 was a deadly virus that killed many ( and it has) they have successfully treated me that way in human form and I have never felt less than a piece of shit thanks to this office. The pandemic is not a pass to be this way, and the terrible advertising on the tv screens about new post just make you cringe because the staff is so rude . Never coming here and never want to come here again .
