Staff was extremely rude. Front desk girl, the nurse who worked up my son and the doctor were all extremely rude and unprofessional.

The girls at the front desk were very rude and arrogant. I called before coming in to safeguard I asked were there a lot of people there the girl lied and said yes when I get there they would totally empty I was seen within 20 minutes. However the nurse was very nice but they could not help me my condition was severe so I had to go through ER I would never come there for urgent Care again
