I did the covid test and it was very unpleasant there were no instructions other than not to move. That’s IMPOSSIBLE!!! Then after they do the test and my eyes and nose running water the doctor just leaves… He was aggravated the first 2 times I moved and just left after without giving me a tissue or something after he saw my discomfort and eyes running water. Very unprofessional and definitely not coming back or referring shit!! The doctors look as if they are on DRUGS and the lady at the front desk UnNecessarily LOUD !

Tuesday May 19 I was there for covid testing. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming. Towards the end of my visit she was a little nicer.

I felt comfortable and safe. There was hand sanitizer and temperature checks before you got to the desk and plenty of social distancing. Keita was kind and reassuring. The Provider JP was nice and knowledgeable.

I would have preferred to see Ms.Wanda Holmes instead of the new/ other lady that is there. On every visit Ms. Wanda made me feel comfortable, made me feel like she care. Listen to what was/ is wrong with me.
