Fast, efficient and friendly. I enjoyed my experience at care spot. I went to get tested for covid 19 as I was exposed to the virus from a family member. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They called me with my test results within three days. Thankfully I was negative. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Staff was very efficient. Took care of paperwork, preliminary vitals, and then took care of the problem. Being put on hold was a little problem as I needed directions and almost drove past all the exits for Atascadero before she got back to me. Went to Paso Robles first and would have had a 2 1/2 hour wait. Atascadero got me in under an hour including drive time Thank you.

Went in for a pre-screening drug test, clinic somehow messed up, I now have to go to a different clinic 45 minutes away to retake it, new to the area and not impressed

Need better customer service. The greeting I received wasn’t proper procedure. One staff member walked out of the building when I addressed my concerns of the lack of good service.
