Went in for a pre-screening drug test, clinic somehow messed up, I now have to go to a different clinic 45 minutes away to retake it, new to the area and not impressed

Need better customer service. The greeting I received wasn’t proper procedure. One staff member walked out of the building when I addressed my concerns of the lack of good service.

First my wife,daughter and myself had an appointment pre-set and walk-ins are permitted 1hour and 15 minutes later we were finally seen. Second thing which in the medical field should have high priority is spacing chairs so one could set and maintain spacing. My wife and I moved two joining chairs away from a group.

I came in Friday the 15th and had fever and body aches the only thing they checked for was flu,strep and covid which we are on day 8 and I still have no results. I just had to spend 8 hours in the ER just to find I had a bladder infection. I wish they would have checked on a few other things other than just covid. I probably won’t come back there are too many other choices.

Oh my goodness where do I start… I can’t say enough incredibly FANTASTIC people / dr and nurses who work at this WONDERFUL place! From the second you call I just knew our experience wasn’t going to be like experiences we’ve had at different Med Post , they are dynamic heroes who deserve all the praises in the world especially during this very trying time!! Very well set up during the Covid-19 restrictions. The PA I saw was very thorough and professional but still easy going amid the constant flow of patients. The nurses also did a great job.
