Greeting as soon as you walk through the door. Pleasant, professional immediate attention to needs. Made appointment for same day and received call 20 minutes before appointment time. Nurse was polite, had appropriate PPE and did nasal swab for Covid19. PA was informative and made me feel comfortable.

The person who was working the check in desk at the time of my visit needs some customer service training. I checked in online and listed my issue. And when I got to the location, she spent more time warning me about what Carespot doesn’t do than actually checking me in. To be honest I now think I should have left at the time. In the end all I wanted was to consult a professional and the nurse I saw answered my questions. However, urgent care should be about convenience. This wasn’t a pleasant experience….
