CareSpot Urgent Care at Nocatee is open every day of the week, with extended hours and care available during the evenings and on holidays. Our Nocatee clinic is one of our many clinic locations across Florida.

We are conveniently located at 151 Pine Lake Drive, Suite B. If in need of care, you can easily find our clinic in a strip mall, next door to Tanks Sushi and in front of South Kitchen. We are in the same shopping center as Publix.

When you arrive at our clinic, you’ll find that we have shared parking within our strip mall, as well as designated spaces for our clinic. We ensure that our facility is wheelchair accessible with a ramp, safety bars in the restrooms, and a wheelchair available for patient use.

In Nocatee, we are a walk-in clinic that also gladly takes same-day and future appointments booked online or by phone. At this clinic, we gladly welcome walk-in patients and those who have scheduled ahead of time online.

We regularly see and treat patients who live in Jacksonville, St. Augustine, and Ponte Vedra.

At our local clinic, we make it easy to simply walk in for care when you need it most. Alternatively, you can schedule a same-day or future appointment at CareSpot Urgent Care at Nocatee on our website.

Many x-rays and lab tests are available onsite in our clinic. It is our goal to make urgent care quicker, easier, more convenient, and more affordable than ever before.

Additionally, we offer wellness checks to help you be proactive about your health with immunizations and in-house screenings. Our walk-in clinic also offers pediatric urgent care, workers’ comp injury care, annual physicals, pre-employment physicals, and school physicals.

Our Nocatee CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday - Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday - Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Nocatee urgent care center. An appointment is not necessary to visit our Nocatee CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.

What do I need to bring when visiting the Nocatee CareSpot urgent care center? Open Icon

Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Nocatee urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
