We have a parking lot available for our patients, as well as wheelchair-accessible accommodations like a ramp and safety bars in the bathrooms. We also have a wheelchair available if you need help getting into our Oakleaf clinic.

Our Oakleaf CareSpot center is open seven days a week from Monday-Friday 8 am to 8 pm Saturday-Sunday 8 am to 8 pm , including night and weekend hours.

Can your urgent care center treat my illness/injury, or do I need to visit the ER?
We can treat most minor illnesses or injuries that are not life- or limb-threatening at our Oakleaf urgent care center. Is an appointment required for urgent care or wellness services?
An appointment is not necessary to visit our Oakleaf CareSpot center. Walk-in patients are always welcome, and you also have the option to schedule online in advance to save your spot in line.
What do I need to bring when visiting the Oakleaf CareSpot urgent care center?
Please bring a Photo ID (such as a passport, driver’s license, or student identification card) – and if you have insurance, your most up-to-date insurance card. The team at our Oakleaf urgent care center will do their best to verify your insurance at the time of arrival. If this is not possible, they will collect an estimated amount up front and send a bill for the remainder following the visit.
