10/10 service the fron desk guy was kind and the doctor is such a sweet person. It was very late already and he still had a smile in his face. I’m a girl, so every time he would check a part of my body where some girls may feel uncomfortable letting a man touch. He would ask me if I was comfortable with that, he was respectful and funny, we didn’t talk much but the few words we exchanged were enough to know he’s an awesome person an a great doctor.

Very professional and friendly. They really listen and are always there to help! Very clean office. They make sure that they don’t pack the people in the office. They make sure of the social distancing especially with so many people that may unfortunately have the Covid virus.

The senior medical officers/nurse have always been exceptionally competent, courteous and helpful. Couldn’t have asked for better. The man who helped and treated me was superb! The front desk people could show a bit more compassion. I helped a young African-Americsn woman whose foot was injured and who was crying. Because I saw no help from the desk, I asked that they bring her an ice pack. I got down on ny knees and put it in her foot myself. Once she got to the nurse, I’m sure she was taken care of as I was, but everyone in the system has a role to play in comforting the ill. In this case, more could have been done. My bad in not telling rhe senior person, but I was ill and neglected to follow up.
