As I checked in there I was told by a man that I may or may not get a Covid test…I completely understand that but I feel that should be told to you in private not in the lobby when your checking in.

I made a visit to the Germantown location for a possible sprain ankle. While receiving the X-rays I had to request a lead apron and was never asked could I expecting a child. I explained to the nurse practitioner, that’s it’s not likely that my job will allow me to work with a boot on but I wasn’t sure. After checking I was not allowed to work with it on. Prior to leaving I was giving discharge papers with 1 day off. I ask the young lady if this needed to change was it possible. She nodded and said yes. I ended up taking 2 today’s off. I Revisited the location on to ask to revise the statement for two days and I was feeling better and I wanted to return back to work. The nurse practitioner refused to see me and communicated that she was not taking a chance on me! When I asked for the young lady who made the statement that the notice could be change. I could not speak with her either. I’m amazed that she wouldn’t acknowledge me for a explanation. I’m amazed that she couldn’t take a few minutes to acknowledge my concerns. I’m also amazed that she communicated with the front desk, who didn’t have a clue. Totally unprofessional. Thank God I feel better and I’m able to return to work!
