I was very pleased with the level of customer service. I tried to arrive early as my son wasn’t feeling well and they couldn’t get me in early but they assured me that they’d call me as soon as I could come in. I did receive that call and shortly after we arrived, we were seen by Tanya. Tanya was excellent! Great bedside manner. She explained everything to my son and I and made him feel better about when to expect to feel better. 2 days later I had to call back because my son still wasn’t feeling better and had spiked a low-grade fever which hadn’t been present before. The gentleman that answered the phone explained that he’d have Tanya call us back. Before I could even end the call with the man on the phone, Tanya called. She explained that we should give it another day for the ear drops to start working but she also called in an oral antibiotic as a precaution. She really took her time with us- never rushing to get to another patient. Just as she suggested, my son started feeling better the next day. Overall, I’m very happy with the level of care we received. Highly recommend.

The front desk Felicia was very nice and professional and the service was excellent from the start to the finish … everybody was so nice, I wouldn’t thought this office could be nice because it’s located on the north side of town, which Could’ve been more wrong to judge this office before I took my son here for a school sports physical. Thanks
