I like the customer service provided by both the nurse practitioners, Danielle and Maria. They are both super nice, attentive, and professional. I also like the service by the nurse assistant, I can not remember his name. But he checked my toddler in and took his vitals when I took him on 8/28/2021 to get a Covid test. He’s very friendly and professional. The girl at the front desk when I went for myself (Covid Test) on 8/30/2021 was super rude. She would cut me off for any questions I had and wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. She looked like she didn’t want to be there. It looked like it was such a chore for her to check me in and had an attitude while taking my co-payment, giving me my change, etc. That’s too bad because I’ve only had good experiences there with the rest of the staff until having to deal with her. She represents the urgent care facility. She’s the first person one sees and speaks to when entering MedPost. There should be a person that is more welcoming, patient, and courteous working there. She can use some retraining or maybe put her in a position where she doesn’t work directly with patients.

The receptionist was very friendly. The doctor took his time to explain everything in layman’s terms and answered all our questions. He did not rush in and out like most doctors. We felt he cares about his patients. We need more doctors like him.

First, they were one of the few MedPost locations that was open on weekends which made it very convenient and the location was easy to find. Secondly, the lady who conducted my test was polite and professional; she was very transparent in showing me the procedures when preparing my specimen to assure that it wasn’t tampered with.

When I walked in I loved how clean the waiting room was. The receptionist was super kind and squeezed me in very quickly. Everyone treated me as though I was important. Listened to my concerns and took their time with me. I wish my Primary care folks were as Professional as all of these fine care givers. We are lucky to have you!! Thank you for your help!
