Thanks for being open late enough for me to manage to get in after work. I know your staff have to stay late to accommodate the last-minute arrivals. I hope they get compensated fairly. External signage could be better – I mistakenly tried the doors for whatever the big lobby is next to you, and got really concerned/confused when they were locked.
