Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and concerned. I was told there could possibly be a 3 hr wait due to some scheduled appts. I was glad they were honest. We decided to wait and I was called within 20 minutes. That was very much appreciated. Both the nurse and the physicians assistant were very kind and took their time with me. The only downfall was people had to wait in their vehicles due to the Covid. That could be a hardship to those who don’t have a/c in their vehicle. We all understand the rules but wish there was a way to figure out how we can all remain comfortable while waiting. Thank you for for choosing to be in the medical field. You folks have not received nearly the credit you deserve, with or without Covid. Thank you for your help with saving lives.. God Bless you all. Sincerely, [NAME REMOVED]

Receptionist was helpful, friendly and efficient. Nurse who gave me Covid test was also caring, thoughtful and generally provided excellent care. I am still awaiting the results of my test but am hopeful it will be just as easy as all the other contact I had. Thanks
